Small cap Sales Manager – full remote

We are a Small Cap Sales Manager in full remote.

We don’t take notice about your grade, the only important thing is what you deliver.

You are a french native but you speak english fluently. Other languages are welcome.

 

YOUR MISSION 🚀

Your mission will be to take Small Caps Sales up to 1M € per year.

You will define and manage the execution of marketing strategies to help us reach that goal, and beyond.

You will then pursue our international ambition and enter the anglophone market.

You will report directly to the CMO.

You will be in charge of Business Development for new clients, new services.

You will be Client management – Customer satisfaction improvement (relationship management) in collaboration with Customer Success Manager.

You will manage and expand our business with existing clients

You will occasionally support and collaborate with delivery team to solve issues for clients

 

 

🎯 YOUR 5 MISSIONS (how success will be measured)

1. Define the Go-to-market Strategy, Product’s positioning & Offers to set your product apart.

  • Identify the buyer personas and target audience for your product – Understand customers and their needs, challenges, and pain points
  • Determine the products’ key benefits for its targets in order to create positioning and messaging framework that resonates strongly with its audience
  • Create irresistible offers

2 – Delight through outstanding Copywriting & Marketing Automation

  • Build key messages that resonate with our market and use words that excite your customers.
  • Ensure the tone of your statement captures the tone of the brand.
  • Implement Email Marketing, Retargeting, Conversation Tools

3 – Product Research – Improve products and offers for them to be irresistible

  • Competitive analysis, Benchmark
  • Research market trends
  • Look for customers feedback over the product’s lifecycle

4. Lead the implementation and optimization of Funnels in order to make our conversion rate skyrocket ( we expect at least a 50% increase from you ) 🚀

  • Lead the copywriting team, optimize emails sequences
  • Drive the implementation and execution of marketing strategies and tactics to achieve key results (A/B tests with various marketing copy on emails, landing pages, website updates, blog posts, videos…)
  • Work on scoring leads for the Sales Team
  • Optimize Webinars, and sometimes put your hands on pre-recorded Webinars to create variations that win over the existing and fucking celebrate with us when you do!

6. Manage product launch and Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) with a very OKR/KPI approach

  • Write & Manage the launch schedule and define expected targets and ownership
  • Create weekly and monthly reports
  • Implement daily huddles
  • Write and socialize the following product-level documents: marketing plan, sales enablement plan, launch plan, solution handbook making sure everyone understand the positioning
  • Manage the creation of content and media

What to expect in the first 30 days:

  • Get to know the team, product, and customer
  • Develop a campaign strategy and start prospecting
  • Develop a plan to achieve 2023 OKRs & KPIs

What to expect in the first 90 days:

  • Contribute meaningfully to the business
  • Build consensus around new processes and campaign strategies with the team teams
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of your roadmap

What to expect in the first year:

  • Lead multiple Tier 1-3 product launches
  • Successfully lead multiple marketing campaigns
  • Align messaging across Events, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams
