Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner (PO) with a strong technical background to lead the development. As a PO, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of features and improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience in developing and managing e-commerce websites.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the voice of the customer, understanding their challenges and articulating a vision, objectives, and key results to build winning solutions that users enjoy. You should be well versed in concepts such as Product Hypothesis, User Personas, Vision, Go-to-Market, Roadmapping, Prototyping and Product Analytics.

Responsibilities
- Define and set the product vision by mapping customer’s journey and narrowing down problems to focus on.
- Conduct user interviews to truly discover what matters to the users.
- Define user personas to articulate the value proposition.
- Set and prioritize objectives to focus on and identify key results to measure progress towards meeting objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders and business leaders to get buy-in and support to accelerate your product vision.
- Build and maintain effective roadmaps as a tool for communication for others to understand what you are working on and why.
- Maintain a healthy prioritized backlog to meet the needs of the customer.
- Lead an agile team to define and plan sprint goals, this includes writing effective user stories and providing support throughout Sprint to meet commitments.
- Lead the commercialization of our internal ratings tools
- Combine data with your contextual understanding of your business, market, and your users to measure progress towards your objectives. You will utilize the data to make informed decisions about further product iterations.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree is required
- A minimum of six (6) or more years of work experience as product manager of technology-powered products.
- Financial Services Product Management background. Structured Credit, Structured Finance or Credit Ratings experience is preferred..
- Experience in commercialization/go to market activities of B2B financial products.
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and delivery
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including executives, team members, customers, and partners.
- Strong negotiation skills to align diverse interests and priorities.
